金屬還嘻哈？與眾不同的Emmure

正當金屬樂團流行著DEATH LOVING OF DYING YESTERDAY一類的冗長團名
正當金屬樂團穿著團T，留著長髮甩頭時
「Emmure」卻以簡單的團名、棒球帽與寬鬆的外套
看似嘻哈歌手的外貌與演唱手勢，他們不是新金屬或嘻哈金屬樂團
速度、有力的節奏斷點，他們呈現狂暴殘酷的死核金屬

日前Victory發布了他們的新MV《Children Of Cybertron》

2003年成軍於紐約五人制樂團Emmure，發布過兩支DEMO作品，吸引This City Is Burning唱片的注意，正式以EP《The Complete Guide to Needlework》擄獲歌迷的心。

他們即刻得到大廠Victory唱片的注意，第二張專輯《Goodbye to the Gallows》的發行，也讓他們獲得與大團巡演的機會。

2009年五月，團內的兄弟檔Ben Lionetti、Joe Lionetti因為家庭因素離開樂團。拍攝一支MV後，Emmure宣布第三張作品《Felony》的到來。

與後硬核大團也相當交好的他們，曾和Of Mice & Men、Pierce the Veil、In Fear and Faith、Asking Alexandria、Chiodos等等樂團巡迴表演，同樣的，與金屬核團如Parkway Drive、Bleeding Through等等也有過共同演出。

今年二月《Speaker of the Dead》新專輯，即刻拿下美國告示牌200第8名的好成績，日前Victory發布了他們的主打MV《Children Of Cybertron》！
